1. Global Shipping

We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery Time

6–10 business days for standard USPS Free Shipping, or 3–6 business days for USPS Priority Express (remote areas may take slightly longer).

3. Processing

Orders are handled within 1–3 business days after payment. No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking

Tracking number and carrier info are sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties

Customers are responsible for local duties and taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries

Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

7. Delays

Felt'nHome is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

1. Refund Method

Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card. We do not offer cash, bank, or credit card refunds.

2. Timeline

Store credit is issued within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

3. Not Eligible

Items outside the 7-day return window. Items not in returnable condition. Shipping fees & taxes.

4. Gift Cards

Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order in our store.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days if your order is defective or incorrect.
