Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

Refunds = non-expiring digital gift card. We do not offer cash, bank, or credit card refunds.
2. Timeline
Store credit is issued within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item.
3. Not Eligible
Items outside the 7-day return window. Items not in returnable condition. Shipping fees & taxes.
4. Gift Cards
Credits do not expire and can be used on any future order in our store.
5. Damaged/Incorrect Items
